Class Descriptions
Bikram 90
This is a traditional 90 minute Bikram- style yoga class that includes a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practice begins with pranayama deep breathing to focus the mind and energize the body and then systematically massages, stretches and stimulates every muscle, gland, and organ in your body. This practice is designed as a means to heal and restore your body to its natural state of vitality. The hot room is heated to 105 degrees, with 40-50% humidity—so, expect to sweat! Regular practitioners of this method gain strength, flexibility, and balance and often report more peace and focus outside the hot room. This class is for all levels of fitness or experience.
Bikram Midday Music
Escape midday and practice the traditional Bikram sequence accompanied by gentle music. The teacher will demonstrate the postures and cue the changes, but there is minimal instruction. The room is still heated to 105 degrees and all levels are welcome. This class is 75 minutes long and is welcome to all levels
Bikram Beats
Unwind from the work week with this fun Friday night class! The 75 minute version of the Bikram-style class you love, but to fun music to get your weekend started. This class is teacher led and has minimal instruction. Not intended for first time students. Room is heated to 105 degrees and all levels are welcome!
Bikram 60
This class is a one hour version of the traditional 90 minute Bikram series. We move a little faster and condense a handful of the postures while maintaining all the benefits of this yoga practice we love! Guaranteed to keep your heart rate and leave you feeling energized!
