Kari Ellegard
Kari’s first Bikram yoga class was over 12 years ago and she was immediately hooked. After practicing daily for several years, she was grateful to have the opportunity to complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training course and begin her journey as a teacher. This yoga has helped her heal and grow in countless ways, mind, body and soul.
It has taught her self discipline which is the pathway to self love. When we take care of ourselves all aspects of our lives improve. Her goal is to give you a safe space and time to journey to the simplicity of breath and movement and create a deeper connection with yourself.
