Mark Fahey

Mark has been practicing yoga since 2006 when injuries led him to rehab his body with yoga instead of surgery! In addition to Yin yoga, he also practices, Bikram, Vinyāsa, Kundalini, Katonah and Dharma yoga. Mark has been teaching since 2011 and he completed training with Yin Legend, Paul Grilley in 2012 and obtained his 200 RYT. He also has his 200 hour Katonah yoga certification and has an ongoing study and practice of yoga and anatomy! His calming voice and energy is sure to help guide you through your yin practice and leave you feeling better than you started!
